It can unfortunately happen that worms end up in the drain tray of a worm bins or worm towers . This can lead to dead worms, blockages and unpleasant odours. With this specially developed filter fabric for worm bins, you can easily and effectively prevent this problem.

The filter fabric forms a breathable barrier: moisture can pass through, but worms cannot. This keeps the worms safely in the composting section while the drain tray stays clean and odour-free.

Easy to use

1. Place the filter fabric on the bottom of the worm bin (drain tray)

2. Ensure the fabric lies flat and fully covers the base

3. Place the first tray or level on top

The filter fabric generally requires no maintenance and can be used for a long time. After several years, rinsing the fabric may be necessary.

Due to its size, the filter cloth is suitable for all worm bins and worm towers in our range and other worm bins where the size of the tank remains within 70 cm by 57 cm.

1. Lay the filter cloth flat on the bottom of the collection tray and cover the entire base.
2. Place the first composting tray above the cloth.
3. Cut the cloth to size if necessary; after prolonged use it can be rinsed.
