Our Compost Worm Mix contains the most effective compost worm species: Eisenia fetida, Eisenia andrei and Eisenia hortensis (Dendrobaena veneta). These worms are known for their strong appetite, fast reproduction and ability to convert kitchen and garden waste into rich vermicompost.

Natural habitat

These worms naturally live in manure piles, leaf litter and other organic-rich upper soil layers. They do not dig deep, making them ideal for worm bins and worm towers.

How to use it
  • Place the entire bag of substrate and worms in the worm bin, worm tower or compost heap.
  • From the first day, start feeding small amounts of vegetable and fruit scraps, coffee grounds, tea leaves, cardboard, paper, eggshells or light garden waste.
  • Do not feed meat, fish, dairy products or fats.
