Thyme 'German Winter' is a perennial kitchen and healing herb. The leaves and stem tips can be used fresh or dried. After flowering, it is recommended to cut the plants so that they form young shoots again and get through the winter better. Thyme is derived from purplish tubular flowers where each flower has four petals and a calyx. Thyme is used converted into pasta dishes.
