Coriander is an annual, strong-smelling herb. Coriander seeds can be harvested when they turn brown, usually around September. Dry the seed well. Use in various dishes and baked goods. The young leaves are mainly used in North African and Indian cuisine.
For foliar use, collect a collection every few weeks from April. Annual, height during flowering up to 1 m. Row spacing 30 cm, thin out at 10 cm. One bag is for approximately 5m2.

How to use it
Sow from April–June; sow a row every few weeks for leaves. Harvest seeds when brown around September and dry thoroughly. Use young leaves and seeds in dishes.
