Fenugreek is a leguminous plant whose seeds are used in chutney and are part of curry. Fenugreek is also used in veterinary medicine.

Fenugreek seed powder has been authorized by the European Commission as a plant protection product for the protection of plants against leaf fungi, more obtained powdery mildew (Uncinula necator) in grapes. It is dissolved in water and sprayed on the leaves. The powder of fenugreek seeds is not a fungicide itself, but it activates the plant's self-defense mechanism. The authorization was applied for on 24 June 2003 by the French Société occitane de fabrications et de technologies (SOFT) and granted on 28 June 2010. Source: Wikipedia
